Albuz AXI 110 Extended range flat fan spray nozzle

The Albuz AXI 110-degree flat fan nozzle is the standard flat fan nozzle for boom and knapsack sprayers stocked at The Nozzlebox. The AXI nozzle series uses the ISO colour code for nozzle delivery rates. The AXI nozzle series has a stable droplet range delivering constant droplet sizes over a wide pressure range. The smaller (orange to purple) capacity nozzles in this series deliver fine droplet sizes in the suggested pressure range of 1.5 – 3.0 bar. Larger capacities (blue to white) these nozzles deliver medium to coarse droplet size. Spray drift risk increases with a decrease in droplet size, thus it is recommended to use nozzles with fine droplets only with air assisted boom sprayers. If lower delivery rates with medium droplets are needed, we recommend the ALBUZ ADI or Albux AVI nozzle series also stocked by The Nozzlebox. This nozzle is produced with precision by Albuz based in France and boasts a ceramic nozzle orifice with impressive wear resistance. 

NB! Make sure to consult the flow rate per minute chart to select the correct nozzle colour. For optimal nozzle performance, select flow rates between 1.5 to 3.0 bar pressure range.
